You can order on-line from the Subvert Boardstore website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever you order from us your payment details will be handled by PayPal's secure servers, keeping your details safe. You can also call one of our sales staff to place your order during store opening hours (see our Contact Us page for more information). All of our staff are experienced snowboarders or skateboarders, and can offer you any advice that you may need regarding any purchases.
All purchases are subject to availability: we endeavour to keep our online catalogue up-to-date, but occasionally oversights do occur.If the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid from your PayPal account. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time of ordering, although once again, mistakes do happen. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of proceeding with your order at the correct price, or cancellation and a full refund of any monies paid. Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this site.
The method of shipping is selected at checkout, and will be displayed on your order confirmation. If no shipping options are displayed for your location, or you experience problems ordering online, please contact us in-store on +44(0)161 747 6066. Shipping costs are determined by the value of the purchased items: all of our delivery options include appropriate insurance a,gainst loss or damage during transit. Standard delivery items to UK destinations will be delivered within 3-5 working days, whilst express delivery items ordered before 11 am should arrive within 48 hours, unfortunately our courier cannot guarantee next day delivery but all parcels sent Express Delivery will receive priority. Delivery to non-UK destinations will take longer. In certain exceptional circumstances when shipping to non-UK destinations, our costs may exceed the quoted delivery costs. In these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference, or to arrange cancellation of your order. Any contact that we make with you will be via your PayPal e-mail address. Please note that all of our shipping options include proof of postage- somebody must be available to sign for the delivery upon its arrival.
Finally, we realise that your personal information is important and we take your privacy very seriously. You can rest assured that Subvert will never sell, share, or trade your details with any third party, except in fulfillment of any legal obligations (see our Privacy Policy below for further details).
Returns
Goods bought on-line can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note if they are sent back to us within within 14 days, in a new and unused condition, with the original packaging, labelling and any documentation received with your order. Please address address all returns to Subvert Returns, Subvertboardstore, Unit 15 Chillfactore, Trafford Way, Manchester M41 7JA. You should also include your name, address, daytime telephone number, your order number, and a covering letter explaining why you are returning the item. You should also specify whether you require a refund or exchange. Returns of items in used condition or after 14 days are entirely at the store manager's discretion.
Unfortunately, we do not reimburse postage charges on returned items. In the case of exchanged items, we do not charge for delivery of the new product. We recommend that returns items be sent via an insured service offering proof of postage (for example, Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™). Subvertboardstore Ltd. cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit . Please note that customer special orders and sale products are non refundable, though they ay be returned for an exchange or credit note.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
